What to Expect During Your First Visit
You can sit back and relax knowing what will happen during your initial appointment with us!
1. New Patient Form
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete our New Patient form. You can also print and fill out the form to bring to your appointment.
2. Initial Dental Examination
Your dentist will sit down and discuss your dental history, as well as any concerns or goals that you may have. At this time, they will perform a complete examination of your teeth and oral structures. This exam will provide your dentist with a complete look at your gums, teeth, bite and jaw. Your dentist will also perform an oral cancer screening and take any required X-rays.
3. Customized Treatment Plan
Using both the discussion that you had as well as the results of the examination, your dentist will recommend a treatment plan suited to your needs. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Financing
At Parliament Hill Dental, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, insurance claims, and financing. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage or the methods of payment that we accept, please do not hesitate to ask one of our administrative staff members.

We are able to offer direct billing to your insurance provider as well as help you with any forms that you may need to fill out. Our team is always happy to help.Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
